My Story
This cottage bakery has been rising for a few years now, born during the stillness of COVID quarantine. What started as a simple way to keep the family well-fed quickly grew into something more, a creative outlet turned full-blown passion. Carefully crafted recipes take the spotlight, with two delightfully tough critics (aka my daughters) keeping quality in check every step of the way.
Sourdough takes center stage here, celebrated for both its flavor and health benefits, though the oven is never limited, yeast and non-yeast creations alike get their time to shine.
At the heart of it all is a commitment to exceptional quality, warm service, and thoughtful care because every loaf, bake, and bite should keep customers coming back for more.

Scheduled Pickup and Delivery
Once an order is confirmed, you'll receive an invoice link for payment, and we'll arrange a pickup time in the Winter Garden/Hamlin area or delivery within a 5- mile radius. Thank you!
